Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do! We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days. To initiate a return or if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected] or via the contact form. We will work to resolve your issues effectively, including resolutions such as replacements, refunds, or returns when necessary. Please include your order number in your message.

How do I use these products?

Every product purchased will include an instruction card showing steps on how to safely and effectively remove an embedded tick using that product.

Can I have a tick I’ve removed tested for disease?

Yes, you can. In addition to providing tick removal tools, TickCheck also offers tick testing. If you are interested in having a tick which has bitten you, a loved one, or a pet tested for disease, find out more here.

Can I buy products in bulk?

Yes, you can. All products are available for purchase in small quantities, by the dozen, and by the case.

I own a business. Can I buy products wholesale?

Yes, products can be purchased for wholesale prices for approved customers. A wholesale application can be submitted here.
